About Us

We are confident that our website will provide clear and concise help and give our patients the information they require in an easy and convenient format. It has been designed with the patient’s needs at the forefront of everything.

Meet our Team

Our team includes 2 GP Partners, 3 Salaried GPs, 2 Paramedic Practitioners, 1 Advanced Nurse Practitioner and a team of Nurses and Healthcare Assistants.

We also have a team of nine receptionists who have a very difficult job to do. They are a valuable link between yourself and the doctor so please try to treat them with consideration.

Practice Information

Parking

Limited car space in our surgery car park. Please drive slowly when entering car park. Alternatively there is off road parking or South Road car park (BN27 2DQ). It is free of charge.

Training

Our Partners are GP trainers and regularly have medical students sitting in with them. You will be advised before your appointment but if you have any objection to their presence please inform the reception staff.

In addition we have qualified Doctors undergoing additional on the job training and they will be seeing their own patients with occasional supervision from one of the partners.

Patient Group

Provision of good access to high quality patient care for the local population is at the heart of how the practice works. There is an active patient participation group (PPG) which helps to organise patient events on health related topics as well as providing feedback to the practice staff. Find out more about our PPG

GP Patient Survey

The GP Patient Survey is an independent survey run by Ipsos MORI on behalf of NHS England. The survey is sent out to over two million people across England. The results show how people feel about their GP practice.
